You may return your item(s) back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if requested. Please note it may take up to 10 working days from the date we receive your items back to process your refund/exchange.

Any items which are found to have make-up stains on the garment cannot be exchanged or refunded. 

Standard Delivery 99p or Free when you spend over £60. Deliveries take up to 3 - 5 working days and are delivered between 8am - 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Next Day Delivery £1.99 or FREE when you spend over £60. Order before 10pm to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 10pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Deliveries are made anytime between 8am - 9pm. 

International Delivery - £15 or FREE when you spend over £120. Deliveries can take 3-11 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) This delivery option is for Russia, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Romania, Albania, Armenia and Georgia and also includes all countries outside of Europe.
